Richard McLendonRichard McLendon
Vice-President, Member Services and Information Technology

Richard is responsible for the daily activities of Customer Service, Public Relations, Area Servicemen, and Information Technology of the Cooperative (I.T.). Richard oversees the call center, billing, rates, collections and customer relations. Field services include residential metering, load management & surge protection programs as well as the area servicemen who performs various line maintenance and responds to service related calls. He ensures the efficient operation of I.T. activities in association with the business objectives of the Cooperative. Richard also oversees the Public Relations Department for the Cooperative which include education programs, communications, Legislative activities, key accounts and the orchestration of the annual meeting.


Jim MossJim Moss
Vice-President, Operations Department

This department is responsible for constructing all new electrical facilities as well as altering and upgrading existing facilities as needed. Personnel in this department operate and maintain the outside electric system. They are also responsible for tree trimming, right-of-way clearing, restoration of electric service, procuring materials and supplies, and handling service-related calls from members. Operations personnel also repair and maintain the Cooperative's vehicles and equipment and coordinate the Cooperative's safety program.

Vice-President, Engineering Department

Pat Henry oversees the strategic planning processes for the Cooperative. The Engineering Department is responsible for long-range system engineering, preparing system work plans, coordinating system protective devices, and overseeing major transmission and distribution line and substation work. Personnel in this department work with members to provide new or upgraded service, obtain necessary easements, test meters, transformers and related equipment, and maintain the Cooperative's computer mapping system. Easement recordation is also a responsibility of the Engineering Department.


Marty MothersheadMartin "Marty" R. Mothershead
Vice-President, Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining all monetary records of the Cooperative. Also, the Finance Department pays all the bills of the Cooperative and invests all the money that is available for investing, prepares monthly financial and board reports, files all regulatory financial reports and assists in the preparation of rate cases. Payroll, handling capital credits, inventory control and work orders are additional duties that are performed by personnel in this department.
