INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST
The major duties of this job are to provide support to the IT Department in the areas of computer troubleshooting; report programming and processing, hardware and software maintenance, and training to provide computer services for the Cooperative. Other duties include assisting in managing the operation, back-up, maintenance (hardware, software, patches, updates); assisting in a multi-building network infrastructure; maintaining and upgrading the Cooperative’s IT network infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, switches, firewalls and mobile devices; assisting in creating, updating and maintaining programs/interfaces to enhance computer software functionality; assisting in designing and developing systems, program procedures and reports that can respond to the needs of users; assisting in ensuring the security of the Cooperative’s systems are maintained; and assisting in training employees on the capabilities and use of the various computer systems and assisting employees in problem determination and resolution.
Must have an associate's degree or a two-year technical school degree in computer technology or five (5) years’ experience in related technologies. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent fringe benefits. This institution is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
